786 Khaidi Prema Katha is Action romance based movie but Story of the film is routine. First half consists of flashback and escape bit. Second half is about hiding from cops in jungles and interiors.Rajesh (Shashikanth), a idealistic youth, wants to become a doctor. And he gets enough marks in his school final too. But his parents throw up their hands in inability for his higher studies. So a distraught Rajesh settles down to work in a tea shop.So the villagers fund Rajesh’s medical studies. He also gets into college with the idea of serving them.But fate intervenes in the form of Alekhya (Yana Sheik) who is the only daughter of mafia kingpin Harischandra Prasad (Anant Raj). Harischandra Prasad makes sure that Rajesh is put in a jail on false charges of twin murders. Rajesh escapes from jail with the help of Roshini (Poonam B), daughter of a top-brass cop. The rest of the story is how he proves his innocence to the court by exposing Harischandra Prasad.
