Navarasa created Maniratnam, who also collaborated with Jayendra Panchapakesan to produce the series through their respective banners Madras Talkies and Qube Cinema Technologies.Plot LineThe nine episodes represent a different emotion or rasa such as anger, compassion, courage, disgust, fear, laughter, love, peace, and wonder.1. Rowthiram (Anger) This segment of Navarasa is Rowthiram which is helmed by Aravind Swami. The star cast includes Rythvika, Sreeram, Abhinayasree, Ramesh Thilak, and Geetha Kailasam.2. They decided to work on a project based on Indian aesthetics and human emotions, which looked like an opportunity to generate enough funds to help the daily-wage workers.A trailer video anthology movie Navarasa was directed and edited by Bharat Bala and to be released on 9 July 2021. And the movie is likely to release in August 2021.
