Neelavelicham is a 2023 Malayalam-drama is directed by Ashiq Abu and features Tovino Thomas, Rima Kallingal, Roshan Mathew, and Shine Tom Chacko in the lead roles. The film is an adaptation of legendary Malayalam writer Vaikom Muhammad Basheer’s  short story of the same title.    Touted  to be a horror-thriller, Neelavelicham depicts the story of a young and enthusiastic man who choose a haunted palace to live alone.    The film is produced by Aashiq Abu jointly with Santosh T Kuruvilla. Bijibal and Rex Vijyan will be composing the music for the film. Girish Gangadharan, Jimshi Khalid and Shyju Khalid will be handling cinematography and V. Sajan is in charge of editing .
