Prem lives a wealthy lifestyle in Bombay, India, and is the only male child in the family that sired six daughters. He has empathy towards the fair sex and decides to assist males to woo brides so much so that he becomes popular as the ‘love guru’ and has numerous males coming to him for assistance. Amongst these men are Bhaskar D. Chaudhry and Neil Bakshi. Klutz-like Bhaskar has fallen head over heels with his boss, a model and heiress, Priya Jaisingh. A disbelieving Prem refuses to assist him, but when Bhaskar persists, follows him everywhere, befriends his nephew, niece, and Bhabhi, Prem relents and assists him. Bhaskar uses his own charm to woo Priya successfully, so much so that she falls in love with him and introduces him to her dad, Raj. Prem himself falls in love with a widowed single mother and journalist at ‘Mumbai Masala’, Naina Sahani, who lives with her son, Rohan, wins her heart by befriending Rohan and saving her from a comical gangster named Chota Don. Both men are satisfied with her respective lives when fate takes an adverse turn, exposing Prem as an exploitative man, who may have ruined the life of Nikki, Naina’s co-worker, by counseling Neil Bakshi. Watch what happens when Naina and Priya spurn Prem and Bhaskar respectively, with Naina publishing an expose in ‘Mumbai Masala’, while Raj is all set to get his daughter married to a Caucasian male named Peter.
